The team's Training and Research Department designed programs that will efficiently and safely achieve the goals of our patients towards better movement and quality of life.
BACK CARE PROGRAM
Back Care Program is comprehensive for low back pain that treats the lower back area up to the lower extremities, focusing on improving strength, stability, and flexibility. It uses a combination of pain modalities and manual therapy techniques to make sure that recovery from back pain is as fast and comfortable.
MUSCLE RELEASE THERAPY
The MRT program is ideal for patients who need to relieve whole body tension. It is a 2-hour program with the first hour composed of Physiotherapist’s assessment and treatment, and the rest of the treatment would be a whole body rehab done by the Muscle Therapist.
TEMPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT DYSFUNCTION PROGRAM
The TMD program is unique to APT since not many PT clinics have specialization around the joint of the jaw. The program is focused on patients that experiences jaw and upper back pain and clicking during jaw opening. This program will also be addressing jaw biomechanics correction in order to provide a long term solution to TMJ dysfunction.
TONING PROGRAM
The Toning Program is a 12-session body sculpting program developed by Physical Therapists. It is a combination of machine slimming procedures and exercises for weight management and muscle toning.
The program can also optimize the effects of fat removal procedures. All sessions are performed by a Physical Therapy Specialist to help patients get the shape they want in the healthiest and most comfortable way.
SHOULDER CARE PROGRAM
Shoulder Care Program is focused on addressing conditions that produce pain, loss of motion, and loss of function of the shoulder joint. SCP uses specialized shoulder mobilization techniques for faster improvement of shoulder mobility.
CONDITIONING PROGRAM
The fastest way to build muscle strength & endurance! The electrical muscle suit provides full body training, stimulating all the major muscle groups at the same time, helping you to achieve a fit and toned look. You can achieve the results of a 90 minute workout in only 20 minutes!
